Luke of all Trades! ~ Brophy College Preparatory High School Senior Session

BIG CONGRATS go out to this promising high school senior as he starts college this fall in either Alabama or Texas.  He has some wonderful choices, and I know he's going to do big things.  I call him a "Luke of all Trades" as there is nothing he doesn't do....

He is Brophy's Student Council President, a varsity sprinter for the track team, an accomplished photographer and videographer, an eagle scout, an exemplary student, a big brother mentor, and a piano player!!!  Wow!  I am not sure when he has time to sleep, but he is obviously doing something right, and my guess is that he will continue to do so.  

He was an absolute pleasure to work with during his portrait session, and I am excited to see where his adventures go.  No doubt, we will see great things.

Urban to Desert ~ Class of 2018 Senior Session

One of the coolest things about living in Arizona is that you can be downtown in the warehouse district's urban setting photographing a talented and successful high school senior, then drive a short 7 miles to the glorious desert for pictures at sunset!  I always enjoy working with high school seniors as they are getting ready for their next adventure to begin and are up for anything!  Meet Luke, one of  Brophy College Preparatory's super accomplished young men in wrestling, academics, and leadership.  He embarks on a two-year mission following graduation to Portugal and then will go on to college from there.  He was a pleasure to work with, and I expect we will see great things from him in the future.  Good luck, Luke!

One Gorgeous Senior in Urban AZ ~ Senior Session in The Roosevelt Row Arts District

What happens when you have a gorgeous senior and her beautiful besties, a great location, and amazing light?  ABSOLUTE MAGIC AND FUN!!!  Meet Katie, an exuberant, stunning, and spunky senior at Arcadia High School who loves life and projects positive vibes everywhere she goes.  I had so much fun capturing her with her crew downtown in the Roosevelt Row art district that I found myself drifting back to my own high school days, and wished I had done a session like this with my friends.  Please enjoy some of my favorites.  Happy Friday!!!

Kennedy's Senior Portraits: Downtown Phoenix and the Beautiful Arizona Desert

Meet Kennedy, a SUPER SENIOR at Sandra Day O'Connor High School who will be graduating this May.  We met last Saturday in downtown Phoenix for photos, then traveled North to the desert for more fabulous shots.  

As you will soon see, Kennedy is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, and my camera loved her!  But as striking as she is in photos, she is even more amazing in person.  She plays and captains her high school and club soccer teams, is very involved at her school's Freshman Mentor Program, and is an active member of several clubs at school.  Additionally, she rocks awesome grades, holds down a job, and has already committed to play soccer for Minnesota State University Moorhead!  WOWZA, such a bright future for this fabulous gal!
