Happy Smiling Faces.....

That is all I could capture from these two beautiful children!  They made my job super easy as they laughed, smiled, played, and truly enjoyed each other.  This brother and sister duo were so much fun to photograph, and I loved getting to know them during our time together last Friday.  We did a little bit of everything from just plain old clowning around to discovering lots of great spots at Rice Campus.  We had great picture weather, and I'm happy to share some of my favorites!

Sweet and Sassy!

I just loved capturing this sweet young couple and their beautiful 9 year old terrier, Sassy.  We spent a great afternoon in gorgeous Hermann Park getting some beautiful fall shots.  The weather cooperated nicely, and Sassy was probably one of the best behaved dogs I've ever worked with!  Plus, her sweet parents were a dream as they maintained complete composure when I began barking like a dog to get Sassy to smile.  Crazy fun and so worth it!  If you are local and haven't checked out Hermann Park, it is truly a treat!

Happy Birthday Fresh!

I can hardly believe that Fresh turns two today!  Yay!  It has been great so far, and I wanted to thank all of you for your kind support!  It is because of you that make Fresh a huge success.  So thank you!!!


I am busy investing in Fresh to continue to make it even better with more education, equipment and a studio! (So exciting!!!)  So stay tuned and expect more great things to come! 


Finally, in the spirit of being festive on Fresh's big day, I will run a special for the next month! (That's right...until December 9th!)

Nature Center Bliss!

That's definitely what is was last Saturday when I had the opportunity to capture this sweet set of sisters and their parents at the Bellaire Nature Center.  Good light + great colorful outfits + fabulous faces = a perfect shoot!  Here are some of my favorites!

Defining Kate

You will recognize this cutie as she has graced my blog and my website many times before.  Her name is Kate, and I'm absolutely in love with her.  She is my niece and she's a pistol.  I was lucky enough to visit with Kate over Halloween, and she kept me on my toes.  In fact, she went to have lunch with my second grader and ended up dancing on the school auditorium stage.  The kids loved it, but my sweet sister had to wrangle her off stage before the lunch patrol got her.  Of course I snapped some photos of her during our visit....here are some of my favorites!
