Family of Fun!

This family was on the move!  It was a workout to capture them in action as their little ones had a ton of energy!  Plus, they had their cousins running around in the background trying to make them laugh.  It was a fun shoot and here are the smiles to prove it!

Introducing Fresh Futures!

I am excited to announce the roll out of Fresh Futures (a.k.a. Seniors!)  What a thrill for me to do this after my photo shoot with this absolutely beautiful senior.  She is FABULOUS and was a joy to capture in pictures!    Look for her soon on Fresh's website!  

Handsome Family, Great Light, Wicked Trees and Distressed Fences!

Check out this happy crew!  We had great light and smiley faces....it doesn't get much better than that!  I love Manistee Ranch Park (www.glendaleaz.com/parksandrecreation/ManisteeRanchPark.cfm) for photographing families!  There are great trees, very cool barn doors, distressed fences and benches.  It's truly a wonderland for photogs!

What a Fab Family!

It doesn't get much better than a fabulous family, great light, and a very cool place to take pictures!  That is what I had last Friday!  Not only was this a handsome family to capture, but they were so fun.  Their little one was a charmer....you will be able to tell from the following preview.  Thanks you guys!   

A Brand New Angel!

I was lucky enough to capture this adorable little girl last week!  She is an absolute doll and was a joy to photograph!  I especially love the black and white pictures because she looks so content and happy!  She was a great model and allowed us to move her, pose her and dress her for a couple of hours.  What a sweetheart!  Enjoy this preview!

Special Guest Photographer!

I'm excited to introduce you to a special guest blogger today....his name is Henry, and he is 8 years old.  He has a passion for photography, and I am lucky enough to get to teach him a few things.  Our mission today was to find and photograph a scary Halloween scene.  Look at what he came up with!  Henry shot both of the following photos and did his own editing in Picnik! Gina gets a bath!

 I recently discovered some editing actions for Photoshop and Photoshop Elements at ezactions.com!   So, thought I would experiment with some photos of  Gina (our dog) getting a bath!  The main action in these photos is called PhotoBlast Chocolate, and I love it!  Not exactly sepia, but not black and white!  Of course, some photos have other actions mixed in too, but how fun!
